Return Policy

Returns / Cancellations

YSR USA requires that prior communication is made before returning products to our facility. If you are having difficulty with a product, please email us at info@yellowspeedracingusa.com.  

  • No returns or exchanges on used, partially installed or installed products.
  • Shipping charges to and from Yellow Speed Racing USA are the responsibility of the retail customer.
  • Expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the retail customer.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery pending Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns or cancellations on special order or out of stock items, including ALL big brake kits, rally spec coilovers, drift spec coilovers or any 2-way / 3-way systems. All returns / cancellations will be charged a 20% restocking / cancellation fee, no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be able to be resold as new. Items that have been modified in any way are not eligible for a refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Hazardous materials, fluids, greases, chemicals, and clothing are not able to return.

YSR Dealers: Please ensure that the package is inspected and the product is verified before opening the packaging. Please report any damage to the packaging or product to our wholesale department within 24 hours of delivery. Items that have been opened from the original packaging are ineligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer, or discarded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@yellowspeedracingusa.com for instructions on receiving a replacement component.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
