Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead times on your products?

  • YSR products are built to order. This means that when you place your order, we process the order information to our manufacturing center and the build begins.
  • Most Coilovers, Air struts and Big Brake kits typically take approx. 2-3 weeks to be completed and shipped. Specialty coilover kits (Drift Spec, Rally Spec, 2-way / 3-way models, air struts, etc) typically are completed in approx. 3-4 weeks from date of purchase. *Some coilover kits are kept in stock at our distribution center and may ship within 24-48 hours. 
  • Big Brake Kits have a 3-3.5 weeks turnaround time on average. Missing information such as caliper color / finish and rotor selection may delay this build time until we receive this information.
  • Misc. Accessories, replacement parts, etc can take between 1-3 weeks depending on item to be shipped. Some of these items are kept in stock and may ship next day.  
  • If you paid for expedited shipping, we will request expedited build processing from the manufacture, but we can not / do not guarantee any build times. 

Where will my order ship from? 

  • Your order may ship directly from our manufacturing center in Taiwan, or from our distribution center located in El Paso, TX. 
  • Orders have be shipped separately from both locations if some items are in stock at the distribution center and others must be built to order. 

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address? 

  • We do allow for shipping to an alternative address other than the payment methods billing address. The simplest way is to use Paypal to prevent any delays in order processing / shipping. 
  • Payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, etc other than Paypal may require additional verification which may delay order processing / shipping. 

Can I cancel my order? 

  • Unfortunately since all products are built to order, YSR USA does not allow for order cancellation after the order has been placed. If there is a problem with your order, we may be able to provide cancellation options, but a cancellation fee will apply. 

Am I able to return an item once received? 

  • Returns may be accepted on new, unopened items in new condition within 14 days of delivery pending RMA approval. Please see our return policy page for more information. 
  • Installed items, used items or items that have been attempted to be installed are not eligible for return. 

What should I do if my item was damaged in transit? 

  • Contact a customer service representative immediately either by phone, or by emailing sales@ysr-usa.com
  • If the item is damaged, please provide your order number and tracking number. Retain all original packing material & boxes. The shipper will require photos of the original packaging to approve a claim. 
  • If the item is lost, please provide your order number and tracking number so that we can file a claim. 

Do you offer a military discount? 

  • Yes we do offer a military discount for active duty / retired military personnel with proof of military status. To obtain your verified military personnel discount code, please send a photocopy of your active/retired ID cart to info@yellowspeedracingusa.com
