FREE SHIPPING OPTION
Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for orders totaling $499 or more. A free shipping option will be available during checkout if your order meets this requirement. This offer is for delivery address in the continental United States and excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items that require freight shipping.
Yellow Speed Racing products are built to order. If an expedited shipping method is selected at checkout, the order will receive priority manufacturing status and the package will be shipped via an expedited method. In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. If you're needing your product quickly, please contact us to verify product availability before placing your order. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on inventory levels and manufacturer lead times.
As all YSR products are built to order, the transit times apply to the timeframe of shipping after the manufacturing process is completed. The delivery time of your order is based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping times are an estimate of the delivery timeframe, but are not guaranteed. Most carriers consider weekdays as business days, as packages may not make progress on weekends/holidays. Transit times are estimated as follows:
Most items are available for shipment worldwide. The shipping price reflected on the website at the time of checkout may be incorrect. Please contact us for a shipping quote on the items you are looking to order to prevent delays.
BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Yellow Speed Racing USA requires that the billing and shipping address match for all orders. The billing address must match your payment methods address on record or your order may be delayed / cancelled. Making payment via Paypal or a financing option will allow orders that require shipping to alternate addresses.
DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT
You are required to inspect the box and contents of your order before signing for the package(s). If your item has signs of damage, have the courier service note the damage before signing so that we can replace any damaged components.
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Yellow Speed Racing USA is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
Yellow Speed Racing USA can not dropship packages directly from the manufacturer to an APO box. If your order requires shipping to an APO box, additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact YSR USA for more information on shipping to a military box address.
