CLUB PERFORMANCE coilovers feature independent adjustments for compression and rebound damping settings, as well as full length ride height adjustment. This suspension system is ideal for automotive enthusiasts desiring excellent handling when they participate in occasional track days, weekend race events, or less aggressive road courses, but also desiring adjustable damping setups for daily driving without sacrificing ride comfort. With an external reservoir, this system allows for increased oil capacity to dissipate heat more efficiently, which enables you to operate this product for a long period of time without failure. Individual damping will also improve performance & handling.
2-WAY EXTERNAL RESERVOIR
The 2-way Club Performance suspension system features an external reservoir, allowing you to adjust the rebound and compression damping separately. The canister comes with either a stainless braided hose or piggyback style reservoir depending on application.
3-WAY EXTERNAL RESERVOIR
The 3-way Club Performance suspension system offers independent low-speed and high-speed compression damping adjustments. It features 50 clicks of high-speed compression, 24 clicks of low-speed compression and 33 clicks of rebound damping adjustment. Drivers are able to fine tune the suspension to their desired damping rates for different road conditions and preferred suspension response. The canister comes with either a stainless braided hose or piggyback style reservoir depending on application.
With an external reservoir, this system provides extra oil capacity to dissipate heat more efficiently, which allows you to operate this product for long periods of time and improves performance & handling due to more stable variations in damping rates. The canister body is made of high grade steel or alloy aluminum material (depending on application) which can resist high gas pressures. The bottom of the canister is made of 7075 aircraft quality alloy, and is processed with an anodized surface treatment to prevent corrosion in the harsh conditions of motorsports.
PILLOWBALL UPPER MOUNTS w/ CAMBER PLATES
For suspension systems utilizing a MacPherson strut type, pillow ball mounts with adjustable camber plates (P/U *) are included in front (where applicable) to offer improved steering response and allow for camber adjustment.
For suspension systems utilizing a Double A-Arm strut type, this coilover kit comes standard with aluminum upper mounts (A/U). We also offer pillowball upper mounts (P/U) for Double A-Arm strut type as an upgrade for extra cost.
RADIAL BEARINGS
Any MacPherson style suspension is equipped with radial bearings at no additional charge. Radial bearings allow for more agile steering and prevents spring binding issues.
SHOCK BODY
The shock body is coated with an Electroplating treatment to prevent rust and corrosion in the harsh conditions of motorsports.
High quality components are adopted to ensure product durability and stability. Each application is test fit and completely road tested to guarantee perfect performance and comfort.
Please note that ALL of our coilovers are hand built and made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Hello, I am looking for a set of 2-way suspension for my 2006 z4 3.0si. Of all the brands in my short list, yours is the most price compelling. I am interested in the club performance coilovers as the vehicle will mostly see street driving, with multiple track days per year. A few questions I am hoping you can answer to help me make a decision: 1. I see that the spring rates are listed as 8kg/mm front and 10kg/mm rear; I would like to confirm that both the front and rear springs are linear springs. 2. If known, what is the length of the rear spring compared to the bmw factory sport suspension length? 3. For the front - With a mass of 1569lb/712kg, what bump and rebound settings would be closest to critically damped? - What are the damping ratios at the softest and stiffest bump and rebound settings? - Alternatively, what is the range of spring the damper can critically damp? 4. For the rear, with a mass of 1588lb/720kg, what bump and rebound settings would be closest to critically damped? - What are the damping ratios at the softest and stiffest bump and rebound settings? - Alternatively, what is the range of spring the damper can critically damp? Thanks!
- Standard supplied springs for Club Performance BMW Z4 E85 are a uniquely designed spring for both front and rear on this application. However, front springs available are linear springs in 7kg or 10kg.
- The supplied rear spring is 155mm long. We do not have the length of the factory rear spring for comparison.
- If customer would like a comfortable ride, the suggest damping setting for front is between 16-22 click; as for the rear, it’s 10-20 click, adjust based on customer’s preference.
- Kgf:
- Front at softest is 15.83; front at stiffest is 25.86
- Rear at softest is 16.01; rear at stiffest is 32.27 - Available spring rates:
- Front (linear): 7, 10
- Rear: only standard 10kg spring available (Unique to application)
-
For the Z4 E85 non-M model, is the club performance coilover 2-way or 3-way adjustable? (listing description has both the 2-way and 3-way paragraphs)
For the E85 non-M Z4, this kit is only available in a 2-way configuration.
-
Can I get 12K springs on the front?
Yes, please enter 12kg front springs as a note on the order notes section at checkout.
-
Are the rear springs separate from the shocks and mount in the stock position? Club performance bmw e85
These will use the factory style divorced style shock & spring setup.
